The digital display clearly shows how hot the water and GN containers are.  Melting various chocolates This chocolate melter allows you to fill six GN trays with chocolate simultaneously. So you can also melt different flavours of chocolate at the same time. If you want to do this, you must keep a close eye on the temperature. White chocolate melts at 36 degrees, while dark chocolate melts at a slightly higher temperature. You can use special melting chocolate, but you can also cut a bar of chocolate into small pieces and let it melt.  Stainless steel chocolate melter This stainless steel chocolate melter is fitted with six gastronorm bins. The chocolate melter has intermediate bridges and metal holders that ensure the gastronorm bins stay in place and do not float or tilt. The chocolate melter is easy to use. Fill the water tank and place the six containers in the chocolate melter. Turn on the machine and set the desired temperature. You can set the temperature by degrees within a temperature range of 3 to 100°C. A temperature indicator light on the display shows when the chocolate melter has reached the desired temperature. Fill the containers with chocolate and stir regularly as the chocolate melts. Remove the containers from the water using protective gloves when the chocolate has melted sufficiently.  Working safely It is essential to work safely in a kitchen. Thus, this chocolate melter is equipped with a steam discharge valve. You can open and close this valve. When water gets hot, a lot of steam is created. Open the steam release valve when you start melting chocolate. The steam can be safely drained through the side of the appliance. This prevents you from getting burned when you want to take out a container. You can drain the hot water from the container with the drain tap. So you don't have to turn the machine over to empty it.  Cleaning of chocolate melter In machines where food is produced, cleaning them properly is essential. This prolongs the life of appliances. In the case of this stainless steel chocolate melter, this is a simple job. Unplug the appliance and let the chocolate melter cool down. Remove the GN containers and lids from the machine and clean them with soapy water. For this, use warm water and a mild detergent. Dry the accessories thoroughly. Then, drain the water from the machine using the water drain valve. Dry the inside well. You can wipe the outside with a soft, damp cloth. You can also use it to make drip cakes, chocolates and other treats. Low melting temperature One challenge when melting chocolate is preventing it from burning. Because chocolate already melts at low temperatures, it's advised not to set the temperature too high so the chocolate melts slowly and evenly. The digital display shows the exact temperature of the water and GN trays. Using the arrow keys, you can adjust the temperature up or down. This is especially important with white chocolate, which melts at 36°C, increasing the risk of burning compared to dark chocolate or milk chocolate.  Chocolate callets  This chocolate melter is easy to operate. Fill the water basin with water; ensure the water level is between the minimum and maximum mark. Put the 4 GN bins of 1/6 size and 10 cm deep into the chocolate melter. Turn on the chocolate melter and set the desired temperature. An indicator light on the display shows when the chocolate melter has reached the right temperature. Now, fill the GN containers with chocolate. The best way to do this is to use chocolate callets. This is chocolate in a drop shape and special melting chocolate. You can also use a bar, which should be cut into small pieces before you put it in the GN container. However, you then have the chance that some harder pieces of chocolate may remain in it. Stir occasionally and remove the GN container from the chocolate melter when the chocolate has melted sufficiently.  Prevent lumps in chocolate Because the four GN containers sit side by side, this chocolate melter has a high risk of water getting into the chocolate. If this water falls into the chocolate, the chocolate will clump. This is why we recommend putting the supplied lids on the GN containers before removing a container from the chocolate melter. The lids have a handy recess for a spoon, so you can stir occasionally without having to take your spoon out of the container again. It is also more convenient to take the front GN containers out of the chocolate melter first and then the back ones. This way, there is less chance of spilling water. Steam drain and water drain This chocolate melter is equipped with two convenient drains on the side of the machine. The top drain is the steam drain valve. You can open and close this drain. You must ensure the steam drain valve is open when the machine is on. This allows the hot air from the hot water to be expelled through the drain valve. This has the advantage of preventing steam burns when you want to take out a GN container. The bottom drain is for draining the water from the machine. After melting the chocolate, you can open this drain to clean the machine. Connect a drain hose to the drain or place the chocolate melter next to the sink. The water can then be disposed into the sink and drained via the drain pipe. Easy cleaning of the chocolate melter To clean the chocolate melter, ensure the plug is unplugged. Ensure the machine and water are cooled sufficiently. Drain the water from the chocolate melter via the water drain and thoroughly dry the outside and inside of the machine. Clean the GN containers and lids with warm water and a mild detergent. The temperature is adjustable in one-degree increments to melt the chocolate at the desired temperature. Stainless steel chocolate melter This chocolate melter is made entirely from stainless steel. This prevents corrosion and makes the chocolate melter easy to clean. The appliance has a water basin that needs to be filled before melting the chocolate. Furthermore, this chocolate melter is equipped with 2 1/3 GN containers with a depth of 10cm and matching lids. The control panel is simple and consists of an on/off button and a digital display that allows you to set the temperature using arrow keys. There are two drains on the side of the chocolate melter. The lower drain is the water drain tap. This allows you to quickly drain the water from the chocolate melter without the risk of burning your hands. The upper drain is the steam drain valve; this way, the steam created can be quickly drained. This also prevents hot fumes when you want to remove the gastronorm trays of chocolate from the appliance.  Easy chocolate melting First, place the chocolate melter on a stable surface with enough space around it. Ensure the water outlet tap is closed and the steam outlet valve is open. Fill the water reservoir and ensure the water level stays between the minimum and maximum marks. Place the gastronorm containers in the chocolate melter and switch it on with the on/off button. Set the correct temperature using the arrow buttons. Wait for the water to reach the desired temperature and put the chocolate in the containers. Wait for the chocolate to melt and remove the container when the chocolate is sufficiently melted. Always use protective gloves when removing the container as it may be hot and wet from the water.   Constant temperature There is always a risk of burning chocolate when melting it. But by melting chocolate au bain marie, the melting process is more gradual and the indirect heating prevents the chocolate from burning. The temperature is adjustable from 3 to 100°C and is easy to read on the digital display on the front of the chocolate melter. You must be careful not to let the chocolate come into contact with water, which will cause the chocolate to clump. Remove the front container first to prevent drops from falling into the other GN container. Do you need the back container first? Then, make sure the lid is placed on the front container.  Cleaning the chocolate melter The stainless steel housing and accessories make this chocolate melter easy to clean. After use, turn off the machine and allow it to cool down sufficiently. You can clean the GN containers with warm water and a mild detergent. When the chocolate melter has cooled, close the steam drain valve. Ensure a drain hose is attached to the water drain tap or place the chocolate melter by the sink. Open the water drain tap to drain the water from the machine. You can wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Evenly heated drinks To operate this chocolate dispenser, first fill the water tank to the Max mark. Then fill the food-safe bowl with chocolate milk and close the lid tightly. Turn on the machine using the On button to activate the stirring mechanism. You can then adjust the temperature to your desired setting. The food will be heated within half an hour, depending on the desired temperature, the product and the ambient temperature.
