Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer (a natural person purchasing goods for purposes outside your trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Customers are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is permitted for inspection. Products showing signs of professional use, food contact, wear, damage or cleaning may be refused or refunded only partially.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email).

Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. This may involve shipping the product to a fulfilment centre in a different country within the EU.

Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery(e.g. food-contact horeca equipment, sealed containers, hygiene-related items)
  • Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
Business Customers (B2B)

If you are purchasing as a business customer, the statutory consumer withdrawal right does not apply, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Returns for business customers are subject to prior approval and may incur restocking or handling fees.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional for withdrawal, required for defects)

After that, we will give you shippping instructions, a RMA rumber and a return adress for the specific fulfilment centre.
