Shipping fee

We charge a standard shipping fee of €4.95 excluding VAT. Orders of €150 excluding VAT or more are shipped free of charge.

Shipping options

We ship your order with Pošta Slovenije, UPS, DHL or GLS, depending on the size of your package. The carrier is automatically selected, so unfortunately it’s not possible to choose one yourself.

For some shipping methods, the carrier may later allow you to adjust your delivery preferences, such as choosing delivery to a parcel locker (e.g. a Paketomat). Please note that this is managed by the carrier and is outside of our control.

Pick-up is not available at this time.

If your order includes multiple items, you might receive it in more than one package. This simply helps us deliver your items as quickly and safely as possible, for example if they ship from different fulfilment centres or don’t fit into one box.

Delivery Times & Order Processing

We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page. Please note that these delivery estimates are provided in business days and apply to deliveries within Slovenia.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link, so you can easily follow your delivery. Tracking information is typically available within 24–48 hours, depending on the carrier.

While we always dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may occasionally vary due to the carrier’s delivery process or external circumstances. Rest assured, we do everything on our end to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Pallet & Freight Deliveries

Large items such as refrigerators and other bulky equipment are shipped via pallet or freight delivery using specialized transport services. Due to the size and weight of these products, delivery is handled by freight carriers and typically takes place by truck.

Because pallet and freight shipments require additional planning and coordination, delivery times for these items may vary more than standard parcel deliveries. While we prepare and dispatch these orders as quickly as possible, the final delivery schedule largely depends on the courier’s routing, availability, and local delivery conditions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking or delivery updates where available. In some cases, the carrier may contact you directly to coordinate the delivery date or delivery time window.

Please note that pallet deliveries are generally made curbside, meaning the shipment is delivered to the nearest accessible point at your address. Placement inside your home or building is typically not included unless explicitly stated.

Important: Upon delivery, we kindly ask you to carefully inspect the packaging and the product for any visible damage before signing for receipt. By signing the delivery confirmation, the shipment is considered accepted in good condition. Unfortunately, once the delivery has been signed for, we are unable to file damage claims with the carrier on your behalf.

We understand that receiving large equipment requires additional coordination, and our team is always happy to assist if you have any questions before or after placing your order. Our goal is to ensure your delivery arrives safely and without issues.
