The HENDI Ranger bain-marie is a reliable solution for professional kitchens and self-service buffets where sauces, sides and prepared dishes must be held at serving temperature without burning or boiling. Thanks to its heat-mat heating system, it delivers even temperature distribution while helping reduce energy use compared to traditional bain-marie designs.
