The Buffalo 600 Series ribbed electric griddle (400 mm) is a compact countertop unit for professional kitchens where speed and consistent output matter. With a powerful 3 kW heating system and a 10 mm ribbed mild steel plate, you can easily create distinctive grill marks and efficiently channel fat into the drip tray.
