The Buffalo Bistro double ribbed contact grill is a robust electric contact grill for intensive professional use. Thanks to the ribbed top and bottom plates, you can quickly create distinctive grill marks and a premium “just-grilled” result, while grease is efficiently drained into the drip tray.
