The interior setup supports both shelf storage and hanging maturation, letting you organise cuts efficiently and optimise airflow around the product. The Low-E glass door helps reduce heat transfer, while the ventilated cooling system promotes even drying for a consistent result from batch to batch.
For correct operation, fill the ABS container with distilled water manually and monitor the humidity read-out on the panel. Integrated alarms support day-to-day kitchen safety by warning of prolonged door opening and low humidity in the water tank.
