Description
This deep fryer is made from stainless steel and has two removable pans. In this way, you can fry twice as much. Up to two 6,5 litres of oil can be added to the containers to fry large quantities of fried foods. To make sure it remains sturdy and stable, it has four rubber feet. And because not all products are cooked at the same temperature, the adjustable thermostat lets you easily set a desired temperature between 0°C and 200°C.

In addition, the deep fryer is equipped with overload protection and has a cold zone. Here, the protected heating element is suspended in the oil 2cm above the bottom. Oil under the heating element remains much colder so any crumbs that fall to the bottom burn slower, which means the oil stays better for longer. Oil needs to be changed less frequently which results in healthier frying.

Stainless steel was selected for both the interior and the exterior of this deep fryer because it makes cleaning easier. Thanks to the smooth finish, you can quickly and easily clean the deep fryer with a damp cloth. The interior is also easy to keep clean because all parts are removable. You can soak oil and fat residues in warm water with soapy water or clean the accessories with a brush, warm water, and a little soap.
