Easy-to-use digital display
The digital display lets you select the mode you want: 'ICE' (for slush), 'COOL' (for chilled drinks), 'CLN' (for cleaning the slush machine) and 'STOP'. In 'ICE' mode, adjust the slush thickness with the plus and minus buttons. You can choose from seven thickness levels, from liquid to firm slush (-2 till -12°C). In 'COOL' mode, use the same buttons to adjust the temperature (1 - 10°C). The machine switches automatically to a regeneration mode at temperatures below 0°C for optimal performance. The display locks after 1 minute and can be reactivated by pressing the light button for three seconds. You can choose out of 63 colors of tank lightning, so a color for every occasion.
Safe, quiet and versatile
The machine is suitable for indoor use (ambient temperature up to 32°C) and outdoor use (ambient temperature up to 43°C). With a 12-litre tank and a noise level below 60 dB, this model is ideal for hospitality, events and food trucks. The adjustable feet make sure it stands stable on any surface. Important: always use a product with at least 20-30% sugar content and never use water alone. This prevents damage to the cooling system and ensures the right texture.
Smart cleaning programme
The slush machine has a built-in cleaning programme. Empty the tank first, then fill it with clean warm water and a mild detergent (stay below the max line). Select the cleaning programme on the display. The granita machine stops cooling while the mixing system continues to run. This loosens any residue. Empty the tank, refill it with warm water only, let the mixer run again, and empty it once more. Remove the tank from the machine and detach the tap. Loosen the mixing system and all removable parts. Clean these parts in warm, soapy water. Wipe the mixing system with a damp cloth. Dry all parts well and lubricate the seals with food-safe petroleum jelly. Reassemble the machine. Remove the drip tray and filter, clean them and place them back.
