Stick Blender | 18cm Shaft | 250W

  • Maxima

Description

In addition to our larger models, Maxima also has this beautiful, compact stick blender in our range. It's suitable for smaller catering businesses as well as consumers. You can use this hand blender to puree pasta sauces, whip cream or mince meat and vegetables.

Ergonomic model

A stick blender requires strength to operate, especially with stiff or thick ingredients. That is why this stick blender is equipped with a robust handle and ergonomic design. The rubber coating ensures a good grip and prevents the stick blender from slipping out of your hands and falling into the food. On the front of the handle is a digital display, where you can easily set the desired speed. On the side of the handle is the on/off button to operate the stick blender with one hand.

Various speeds

This stick blender model has a speed of 4000 to 18000 RPM. This allows you to mince your food quickly. The stick blender has 8 speeds that you can set using the plus and minus buttons. The digital display clearly shows which speed is selected. While mixing, mashing or grinding, you can easily adjust the speed up or down.

Insertion depth of the rod

The stick blender has a stainless steel and aluminium rod with sharp blades. A line on the rod indicates the insertion depth of 15cm. It's important not to insert the rod deeper than the line otherwise food can get into the motor and cause a short circuit. You can easily screw the rod onto the handle.

Cleaning the stick blender

It's important to clean the stick blender thoroughly after each use as you don't want food residue to remain in the blades. When you are done, let the foot of the hand blender cool in a bowl of water. This is because the foot of the wand gets hot quickly when in use. Add a mixture of hot water and mild detergent in a bowl. Then, briefly turn on the stick blender to loosen all food particles from the blades. Remove the plug from the socket and unscrew the rod. Clean the stick itself with a damp cloth. Then you can thoroughly dry the rod and base with a dry cloth. Be careful when cleaning and drying the sharp blades. Also, ensure that the handle containing the motor does not come into contact with water.
