Thanks to the 100% front-breathing construction, this freezer can be installed with no clearance, ideal for tight layouts in the production kitchen. The patented RCU technology reverses the direction of the condenser fan during off-cycles, keeping the condenser coil free of dirt and dust and maintaining performance.
The unique “E”-shaped shelf/slot system maximises usable space and is designed to accommodate both a wire shelf and a GN pan. Combined with the heavy-duty metal handles, locks and swivel castors, this is a robust, practical freezing solution for intensive daily use.
