Made from natural ethanol alcohol thickened into a solid/gel fuel, it burns soot- and odourless and delivers reliable warming performance for catering, banqueting and breakfast service.

For best results and safer operation, place each can in the designated chafing dish fuel holder (included with HENDI chafing dishes and available separately). Heat output is consistent across the range, while the heating rate can be adjusted by changing the flame size via the holder lid opening.
Use with care: the flame is almost entirely blue and hard to see, and cans used without a holder can become very hot. Light only after positioning in the final location, extinguish only by closing the holder lid, and refill only once the can and holder have completely cooled. Store closed in a dark, well-ventilated place below 20°C and always follow the product instructions.
