This dry aging fridge is built to recreate traditional natural maturing conditions with modern control: stable ventilation, adjustable humidity and a protected chamber environment. Use the shelves for cuts that need flat storage, or switch to the rod and hooks for hanging larger pieces to optimise airflow around the meat.
For correct operation, fill the ABS water container manually with distilled water and rely on the built-in alerts to help maintain the target humidity. The Low‑E glass door keeps the process on display while supporting energy-efficient operation in demanding horeca environments.
