Description
The Arktic 138L undercounter dry aging cabinet provides controlled temperature and humidity conditions for gradually developing the flavour and texture of meat. Its silver, space-efficient design combines an 18/8 stainless steel body, door frame and handle with a two-layer Low-E tinted tempered-glass door, keeping the contents visible throughout the aging process.
- Temperature can be set from 2°C to 10°C, with adjustable humidity between 60% and 85%.
- The current humidity level is shown on the display for convenient monitoring of cabinet conditions.
- Forced-air cooling uses a ventilator to support consistent conditions throughout the chamber.
- A built-in UVC sterilisation lamp is complemented by LED lighting on both sides and the ceiling.
- Visual and audible alerts indicate when the water tank humidity falls below 15%, while a separate alarm sounds if the door remains open for over 3.5 minutes.
- The ABS distilled-water container is filled manually, giving direct control over the cabinet’s water supply.
- Three included hooks each support up to 25kg, while the hanging rod has a maximum load of 50kg.
- A door lock and salt tray are included for practical day-to-day operation.
