Description
You can fry up to 1,5kg of fries and other snacks in this 8L electric deep fryer. The handy tabletop model fits perfectly on your countertop or a table. It's also easy to move, thanks to the heat-resistant side handles. During frying, the appliance remains firmly in place due to the rubber feet at the bottom. With the user-friendly thermostat, you can easily set the precise temperature for frying snacks, vegetables, fish and other items. Choose a temperature between the range of 0°C and 190°C. There is also a removable lid that prevents oil from spilling out of the pan.
Handy drain tap
Thanks to the drain tap in the front, you can change old, used oil quickly and safely. Simply place a container under the tap and open it. Once all the oil has drained out of the fryer, close the tap and the oil can be disposed of in a designated waste container. The fryer also has a cold zone which reduces the number of oil changes. With this system, the heating element hangs slightly above the bottom of the fryer. The oil between the heating element and the bottom does not heat up as much so any crumbs that fall through don't burn quickly and ruin the oil. For extra safety, the deep fryer is equipped with overload protection.
Removable parts
The professional fryer is easy to clean, thanks to its stainless steel housing and removable parts. All parts and accessories can be removed easily from the fryer and cleaned separately. Difficult oil and fat residue can be removed by soaking the parts in warm water with a little soap. Then scrub everything with a brush and dry it with a soft cloth. For the outside, wiping with a damp cloth is sufficient.
