User-friendly control
You can set the temperature on this griddle between 50 and 300°C. The appliance also has an indicator light that shows when the grill is up to the right temperature and is ready to use. Despite the high temperatures, this professional griddle is safe to use. It is equipped with high stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil from spattering. The griddle is very user-friendly. Turn it on with the switch, grease the grill surface with oil, and when the right temperature is reached, place the items on the griddle.
Easy to clean
Cleaning the griddle is a breeze. There is a removable tray underneath the appliance that collects the fat. Thanks to the stainless steel housing, splash guards and griddle, the smooth surfaces are easy to wipe down. Remove any burnt-on residue with a scraper. Then heat the appliance to 75°C and pour a little water on the grill surface. This way, you can easily remove stubborn residue. Be sure to use gloves when doing this. With a damp cloth, wipe the outside and the griddle. Make sure all parts are wiped dry before using the grill again.
