Cutting straight and thin slices is difficult if you have to do it by hand. Using this professional electric meat slicer, you can cut not only perfectly uniform slices of meat but also other items. The blade that comes standard with the machine is for slicing meat only. However, if you want to slice other items, we offer additional accessories like a Teflon-coated blade for slicing cheese and a serrated blade for cutting bread. Cutting with this versatile kitchen appliance is a smooth and quiet job. The hardened stainless steel blade has a diameter of 25cm and you can adjust the cutting thickness between 1 and 12mm per slice. This ensures that slices of sausage, ham, salami or other types of meat are always cut to the same thickness.

When a blade is used a lot, it can become blunt. That's why the slicer has an attachment for sharpening. As soon as you turn the attachment, the blades pass through the sharpening stones and the knife becomes sharp again. It's advisable to clean the slicer after sharpening so that fine grit from the stones does not get into the food.

Since you are working with food, the slicer should be cleaned and disinfected properly after each use. The cutting board and the blade are detachable and can be cleaned with soapy water and a mild detergent. Use a wet sponge and some detergent to clean the rest of the appliance.
