The slow-pressing method also maximises juice extraction from fruits and vegetables. While some juicers struggle with leafy greens, this slow juicer efficiently processes spinach, kale and celery, making it ideal for green juices. However, it can face challenges with harder produce, which should be cut into smaller pieces for better processing. That makes it also possible to use the slow juicer for pressing carrots, red beets, celeriac etcetera.
Simple operation
This plastic slow juicer with a wide and stable construction, is a perfect addition to any kitchen and offers precise juice extraction for fresh, nutrient-rich beverages. Its operation is simple and user-friendly. First, place the desired fruits or vegetables into the opening and close the lid securely. The juicer will not operate unless the lid is properly closed. Slide the power button up to begin juicing. Use the plastic food pusher to guide ingredients toward the pressing system. Juice collects in a 0.8-liter container, while pulp is separated into its own compartment. The 1.0-liter pulp container has a large capacity to collect pulp. The opening may be blocked if the pulp does not fall into the container easily. Slide the switch down to activate the reverse function, releasing any blockages. Slide the switch up again to continue juicing.
Cleaning the slow juicer
It's essential to clean the slow juicer properly after use. First, switch off and unplug the juicer. Remove and empty the juice and pulp containers. Detach the food inlet, pressing chamber, spiral and filter sieve. Wash all parts with warm water and mild detergent. Remove the rubber stopper from the juice container for easier cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the outside of the machine. Dry all parts thoroughly and reassemble the juicer.
