Description
The HENDI Profi Line electronic pot washer is built for intensive cleaning in professional kitchens, bakeries and foodservice operations. Its double-skin 18/8 stainless steel housing and door improve thermal and acoustic insulation, while upper and lower stainless steel PowerWash arms and independent polymer rinse arms provide thorough washing for pots, GN containers, 600 x 400 mm bakery trays, flasks, trays and cutlery.
- The digital control panel offers four wash cycles of 60, 120, 180 and 480 seconds, providing capacities of up to 60, 30, 20 or 8 baskets per hour.
- A dedicated 130-second beer glass programme includes a cold rinse for delicate glassware.
- Accommodates items up to 620 mm high in a spacious 570 x 620 mm basket format.
- Peristaltic detergent and rinse aid dispensers support consistent dosing, while double filtration helps maintain cleaner wash water.
- The Thermostop system ensures rinsing begins at 85°C, with a break tank and rinse booster pump maintaining consistent rinse pressure.
- A built-in drain pump supports installations without gravity drainage, complemented by a self-draining wash pump and a tank with rounded corners and a sloped base.
- ECO mode activates after 15 minutes of inactivity, and built-in thermometers make operating temperatures easy to monitor.
- Operates at 400 V with 6520 W input power and uses approximately 2.4–2.6 litres of water per cycle.
Supplied accessories include a 24-plate basket, a universal basket, two cutlery baskets and a rack holding up to nine baking trays. A 1.5 m water supply hose with ¾-inch inner thread, a 2 m drain hose with 25 mm diameter and a power cord without plug are also included.
Measuring 685 x 720 x 1690 mm, the washer stands on adjustable stainless steel feet with a 100–150 mm range. It also features IPX1 protection and a boiler safety thermostat rated up to 110°C.
