Designed for modern buffets, hotels, restaurants and catering operations, its removable 8-litre stainless steel container presents soups, stews and chilli while bain-marie heating helps reduce the risk of overheating.
- The digital control panel displays the set temperature, actual temperature and operating time for convenient service monitoring.
- Temperature is adjustable from 35°C to 85°C in precise 1°C increments, with the last setting stored for the next start-up.
- An 18/8 stainless steel heating element sits within the water container for efficient heat transfer.
- The removable 8-litre stainless steel soup container is easy to clean, while the red outer body is made from high-temperature-resistant polypropylene.
- A two-part tempered glass lid helps limit heat loss when opened and supports hygienic buffet service.
- The lid includes an insulated handle, ladle notch, aluminium hinge and integrated holder for product name cards.
