Use the 125 mm stainless steel probe for direct readings or switch to infrared measurement when checking temperatures from a distance. Its backlit display, selectable °C/°F units and hold function support clear, convenient operation in busy professional kitchens and catering environments.
- Measures from -40°C to 250°C with the probe and from 0°C to 500°C using infrared.
- The 125 mm probe is made from 18/8 stainless steel, while the silver body uses 18/0 stainless steel.
- Provides readings in either °C or °F, with a fine 0.1°C gradation.
- The backlit display helps keep readings visible, while the hold function retains the momentary temperature on screen.
- Probe accuracy is ±1°C from -10°C to 100°C and ±2°C from 100°C to 150°C; accuracy ranges from ±3°C to ±5°C across -40°C to -10°C and 150°C to 250°C.
- Infrared accuracy ranges from ±2.5°C at 0°C to 100°C through to ±12.5°C at 400°C to 500°C.
