With a powerful 750 W (1 hp) air-cooled motor, wide feed inlets for everything from large produce to long items like carrots and cucumbers, and quick-change discs included, it’s an efficient solution for restaurants, catering, canteens and production kitchens aiming to speed up mise en place.
