Description
The HENDI Water Filter L is designed for professional water treatment in convection-steam ovens, coffee machines, ice cube machines, vending machines and undercounter dishwashers. By reducing water hardness, chlorine, unwanted odours and flavours, it helps limit limescale build-up, protect water-using equipment and improve the taste of beverages and prepared food.
- A multi-stage filtration system combines two carbon filters, a resin filter and a final suspended-particle filter.
- Reduces the calcium and magnesium ions responsible for water hardness and limescale formation, including decarbonisation through the removal of calcium and magnesium carbonates.
- The first carbon stage captures larger particles, chlorine and organic matter, while the second retains smaller particles that may affect water quality.
- A built-in filter head with an adjustable 0–70% bypass eliminates the need to purchase a separate filter head.
- Provides a maximum water flow of 4 litres per minute and operates at a pressure of 2–6 bar.
- Suitable for water temperatures from 5°C to 35°C and equipped with 3/8-inch male connections.
- Measures ⌀173 x 395(H) mm and must be installed and operated vertically.
- The cartridge should be filled with cold water only and replaced after 365 days or when its maximum output is reached.
This HENDI filter supports consistent water quality for coffee, tea, ice production, steamed dishes and other applications where water can influence taste, aroma or texture. Its bacteriostatic effect also contributes to maintaining water quality throughout use.
Hoses, valves, connectors and other installation components are required but not included. The HENDI Water Filter Installation Kit 237908 is available for convenient fitting, while the HENDI Electronic Water Flow Meter 237915 can be used to monitor consumption.
