    With this professional bain marie, you can both prepare dishes or warm them up gradually. The bain marie works by heating water without boiling it. You can then place GN containers or other dishes that contain food to cook or heat into the appliance. Because it never gets hotter than 100ºC, your food never boils or burns. It also prevents food from separating, so there is no risk of losing the flavours. The bain marie is also a great solution for keeping food warm for large groups of guests. Elegant design This bain marie is ideal for heating chocolate, sauces, dairy products and mixtures. Thanks to the beautifully finished housing and seamless inner rim, this professional bain marie is very safe to work with. The drain tap makes it easy to empty the bain marie reservoir. The thermostat has a temperature range between 30 and 95ºC and it comes with indicator lights that show when the water has reached the right temperature. This bain marie can be used with GN containers with a maximum height of 15cm. It does not come standard with any GN containers or lids included, but these can be purchased via our webshop. Easy to clean Not only is the bain marie very easy to use, it's also easy to clean. After use, switch off the bain marie and remove any GN containers. The GN containers can be cleaned in the dishwasher. It's important to take note that the water in the reservoir may still be hot. Open the drain tap and let the water drain into an appropriate container. Using a damp cloth with a bit of mild detergent, clean the inside and outside of the bain marie. Dry everything with a soft cloth and the bain marie is ready for the next use.
